How Does the Coaching Process Work?
Once you have had a free 30 minute coaching call and you decide you want to create your own toolkit for survival and thrival, then you just let your coach know you want a dedicated success partner to walk with you through this journey.
You will then set up your first phone call. If you are out of the local area, use our 800 number: 1.800.698.2938. Here's what you will receive:
- Three 30 minute calls with your coach a month
- Unlimited emails Monday thru Friday
- Unlimited quick 5-10 minute phone check-ins between scheduled calls Monday Thru Friday
- Use of an 800 number if you are out of the local area
Use these check-ins for support, to celebrate a win, just to hear an encouraging voice or for whatever reason you choose. We ask that you keep these check-in calls to 5-10 minutes so we can support all of you in a timely manner.
What Does this Cost?
We understand, first hand, about the financial burden of this disease, so we offer our coaching services at a 50% discount to cancer patients and their caretakers. We can configure packages to meet your needs regarding frequency and duration of calls.
Our standard package includes: three 30 minute calls a month, unlimited emails and unlimited quick 5-10 minute phone check-ins between scheduled calls (offered Monday thru Friday). Calls may be customized in frequency and duration to meet individual needs and are always priced at the 50% discounted rate.
How Do I Pay for This?
You can pay by credit card or check by the first Friday of each month. Just let your coach know how you prefer to pay.
Am I Obligated to This for A Specific Length of Time?
Only one month (or call) at a time (you will decide the frequency and duration with your coach) for as long as it supports you on your journey through diagnosis, treatment, survival and thrival!
Is Coaching a Reimbursable Service Through Health Insurance?
As Coaching is not a healthcare provided service, it is not reimbursable.
