Debbie Frame

Debbie is the President and co-founder of The Coaching Group (www.TheCoachingGroup.com). She is also a cancer survivor. Lifetools™ for Cancer is under the umbrella of The Coaching Group.

Debbie has been coaching since the late eighties. Trained as a coach during her 20 year corporate tenure, Debbie has had a private coaching practice since 1997, coaching organizations, executives, entrepreneurs and professionals and today spends about 85% of her time with clients and organizations in healthcare.

Debbie is a breast cancer survivor and decided early on during her treatment that when it came to her future, having the right support was as critical as the surgery and chemo. At that time, she decided to devote a portion of her busy practice to coaching those who are diagnosed with cancer, as well as the caretakers of those diagnosed.

Realizing the financial burden the disease puts on families, even though there may be insurance, Debbie is committed to making her services available at minimal cost.

Debbie is the former President of Coach U (the largest coach training organization in the world). She holds the designation of Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, as well as the designation of Professional Mentor Coach. Debbie is also a speaker and a nationally published writer on coaching in healthcare.
